“Everything is Bigger in Texas” As a Texas Native with a devotion to representing current homeowners and future homeowners alike, Joshua Allen has assisted fellow Texans in buying and selling in the cities of Austin, Cibolo, Leander, Lockhart, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Schertz, and San Antonio, to name a few.

Joshua brings more than just sales industry knowledge to the table, with a prior service background in the United States Marine Corps as a flight equipment technician. Joshua was entrusted with millions in government assets within the airwing while maintaining a secret level security clearance and a collateral duty inspector billet.

He is a second-generation realtor who now seeks to carry out the family legacy of providing exceptional service throughout all Real Estate sectors. Joshua has displayed great determination in his client's interests, from exceedingly late work hours to expert contract negotiations. When he is not working, he can often be found traveling abroad or in a classroom, continuing to hone in on his Real Estate capabilities.

Kerri Bunting is a real estate agent new to the Retro Realtor team. She prides herself on finding clients the perfect home to fit their needs. Because of her competitive nature, she is hardworking and loyal, always seeing clients through to the end and even after.
She began her career at the University of Houston and soon transferred to Texas State University where she found a community she loved. While there, she met Joshua who sparked her interest in real estate. With his guidance, she has gotten her real estate license. She continues to work hard every day, continuing her education at Texas state and working on her next licensure, mortgage banking.
She is also the owner of Kerr Bear Cleaners and works exclusively with our clients. The company offers a variety of cleaning services in order to make their home show and sell ready.
When not working, Kerri loves to play with her dog, visit family, or find a good book to read.
Jacob Scott,

Helping Create The Future You Want
Jacob Scott is a content producer, photographer, videographer, and most importantly, a native Texan. Born and raised in Austin, Jacob fell in love with movies, TV, and the digital content creation world. After a brief detour at Texas A&M University’s aerospace engineering department, Jacob discovered his passion for electronic media, and changed course to enroll at Texas State University working towards a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media with a minor in Applied Mathematics.
With his background in mathematics and engineering, as well as a passion for creating engaging and entertaining content, Jacob brings a unique analytical perspective to the space. He’s a perfectionist by nature and loves to work with dedicated and driven people.
In August of 2021, he co-founded the Tabbed Out Gaming brand along with his fellow co-hosts of the Tabbed Out podcast. In his pursuit to hone his knowledge of the electronic media space, he met Joshua Allen, and began working with him to grow and develop the Retro Realtor brand. When not working, Jacob can be found gaming, spending time with friends and family, and furthering his education.

Hi, I am Goon a one-year-old Lab. I love working with the retro realtor team. We always have the most fun. My parents allow me to greet each and every person that walks through the front doors of our office and open houses. People just love me. I mean, how could they not with a face like mine.
Anyways, I’ve been given the title of Office Pawsitivity Ambassador. I take this role very seriously. No one leaves my office in a bad mood, I guarantee it. My primary responsibilities include boosting team spirits, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces, and keeping stress levels in check. You’ll normally find me working on the weekends 9-5. I joined the team as a bright-eyed puppy and have been adapting and maturing extremely well!
