Background

I am a second generation realtor that works for my family's real estate firm "Bliss Real Estate". I received my license two years ago after returning from the United States Marine Corp where I worked on aircraft life support systems. Since then I have helped over forty families find their dream homes in central Texas.

Why?

I've created this blog because I want to share my knowledge of the real estate industry with my clients so they can see my views of the industry. I want them to understand what goes into my work and provide some insight into the industry itself.

Throughout this blog I will discuss some causes in the fluctuation of the housing market, how these can affect you, and much more. I want this to be a place for me to share this information with you all, and a place for you to ask questions.
